Your release deserves
more than a cover.
On release day everything happens in a few hours — and visuals can't be improvised that morning. Here is the complete checklist, from D-7 to release day: four formats, one look, zero computer.
D-7 — produce the four visuals
- The Spotify Canvas: a silent 3-to-8-second 9:16 loop that closes on itself with no visible seam. Upload it in Spotify for Artists as soon as the track is live.
- The vertical teaser: 7 to 15 seconds on the drop, for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. “Find the drop” hands you the passage; the caption copies in one tap.
- The YouTube visualizer: the full track in 16:9 — the video that exists to be searched; typing “your name + title” must return something.
- The 1:1 square for the feed: the announcement that stays on your profile. Same scene, same palette as the other three.
The secret weapon: one single look
All four formats come out of the same Rondo project: same scene, same background, same colours, your title and name burned in. Save the look as a preset — the next release takes one tap, and your profile becomes recognisable from one track to the next. It's what labels do; it fits in your pocket.
D-3 — schedule
- Captions are ready. The “Copy a caption” button gives title, artist and hashtags — paste, adjust, keep them in your drafts.
- The teaser goes out first. A first snippet at D-3 with the pre-save link does the announcement work.
- The Canvas waits in Spotify for Artists. Upload it as soon as the track appears in the catalogue: some distributors accept it before release day.
Release day
- The teaser first thing, the YouTube visualizer right after. The first hours concentrate the attention: everything must already be exported.
- Check the Canvas in place. Open your track in the Spotify app: the loop must run with no jump.

D+7 — go again

Do I need a computer?
